At The Sweet Home building, domestic water is purified with Shiny water treatment machine using Japan technology manufactured by Shiny Vietnam jsc. Water purified by Shiny water treatment machine has passed physicochemical criteria according to drinking water quality standard of QCVN 01-2009/BYT and 5 microbiological criteria applied for bottled drinking water according to QCVN 6:1-2010/BYT.

The apartment is patrolled regular by Security Personnel. For additional protect and privacy, please make use of the safety latch and viewer before admitting visitors. Apartment staff can be identified by their nametags and uniform. In accordance with regulations, all visitors staying in guest rooms must be registered with Front Desk.
